The Qualification
We partner with top-tier accountancy tutors to get you ready for your ICAEW exams. Your contract includes a structured blend of home study and dedicated leave to ensure you’re prepared.
Technical Breadth
You’ll be doing the real work from day one, producing statutory and management accounts, handling VAT returns, and managing payroll for a diverse client base.
Client Exposure
You won’t be stuck in the back office. You’ll be talking to clients early on, learning how to manage relationships and solve problems in real-time.
What You’ll Need
We are looking for someone who is ready to juggle the demands of a professional role with a rigorous study schedule.
Academics
A minimum 2.1 Degree (any subject) and 3 A Levels (BBC / 120 UCAS points minimum).
Tech Savvy
You should be comfortable with technology and ready to master modern accounting software.
Communication
You need to be able to explain complex ideas clearly and build rapport with our clients.
Mindset
We value resilience. Balancing full-time work with ACA exams is a challenge, and we need someone who is organised and self-motivated.
